All of our products are customized to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damage or error (if applicable). Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item does not match the customization details provided to Emberly Jean at the time the order was placed.
